Shipping policy

Delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. The price on the product page is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders leave us within 24 hours. A confirmation email arrives straight away with what you ordered and in which size, and a dispatch email follows with your tracking link.

How long it takes

Kits come direct from the factory that makes them, so allow 6 to 9 working days from the day you order. If anything holds an order up, we email you before you have to ask.

If it takes longer than 15 days

You get the whole order refunded. Email [support email] with your order number and we process the refund, whether or not the kit arrives afterwards. This sits on top of your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Tracking

Your tracking link comes with the dispatch email and follows the parcel the whole way. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first movement, which is normal. If it stops updating for more than a few days, email [support email] and we will chase the carrier.

Where we ship

The United States and the United Kingdom. Prices shown include any tax due, so there is nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives. We are not shipping further afield yet.

If a parcel goes missing

Email [support email]. We will either replace the kit or refund it in full. Chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.

Wrong address

Tell us the moment you spot it. Before dispatch we can change it; after dispatch we will help you chase the carrier, and if the parcel comes back to us we will resend it at no charge.
