Refund policy

You have thirty days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, for any reason at all. No form to fill in and no explanation needed.

How to return something

Email us at [support email] with your order number and we will send you the return address and the steps. Send the kit back in a condition we could sell it in, with its packaging where you still have it.

Return postage

If you have changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover. If the kit arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we cover it, and you do not need to send the kit back at all in most cases. A photograph is usually enough.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, for the full amount you paid including any delivery charge. We process them within 5 working days of the return arriving, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Send a photograph to [support email] and choose a replacement or a refund. There is no need to post the kit back to us.

Your legal rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights on goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Those rights sit alongside this policy and last longer than thirty days.
